Politeknik Negeri Batam Achieved the Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM) Award from the Ministry of Education and Culture in 2023

POLIBATAM-Politeknik Negeri Batam (Polibatam) achieved the Integrity Zone/Zona Integritas (ZI) Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Area/Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih dan Melayani (WBBM) award from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. These awards are stated in the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 261/M/2023 concerning Internal Awards for Integrity Zones for Areas Free from Corruption/Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Areas within the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology in 2023, dated 21 August 2023.

This award is an appreciation from the Ministry of Education and Culture for work units that have passed the assessment of the Internal Assessment Team and been submitted to the National Assessment Team. In this assessment, the Polibatam campus received a score of 91.08 and was finally able to achieve the WBBM-predicated Work Unit for Vocational Colleges/Perguruan Tinggi Vokasi (PTV).

“With this WBBM achievement, we hope Polibatam will continue to encourage clean organizational governance and prioritize service quality in the education sector. Hopefully, it can positively contribute to increasing Batam’s competitiveness,” said Uuf, the Director of Polibatam. It is hoped that this award will improve the quality of public services and strengthen integrity on the Polibatam campus.
