Polibatam Students Achieved 3rd Place in Photography, Smartphone Videography Promotion, and Best Pronunciation & Intonation Tour Guide at the National Tourism Vocational Skill Competition (NTVSC) 2022

ACHIEVEMENTS – Polibatam students again gained achievements at the national level in the National Tourism Vocational Skill Competition (NTVSC) 2022. These achievements were 3rd place in Photography & Smartphone Videography Promotion Competition and 3rd place in the Best Pronunciation & Intonation Tour Guide.

Polibatam became one of the participants in the NTVSC 2022 which was held at Politeknik Negeri Samarinda. The event took place from 17-21 November 2022 with a total of 61 participants consisting of 14 Polytechnics throughout Indonesia. Polibatam sent 6 students with Mr. Happy Yugo as a companion for the Photography and Videography Competition and Satriya B Aji for the Tour Guide Competition who were lecturers from the Informatics Engineering Department. Polibatam took part in the 3 competitions that were held, i.e. Photography, Smartphone Videography Promotion, and Tour Guide.

The 3rd place winner in the Photography Competition was gained by Hashifah from the Multimedia and Network Engineering Study Program; the 3rd place for Smartphone Videography Promotion is on behalf of Muhammad Alfian from the Multimedia and Network Engineering Study Program; the Best Concept and Suitability of Photography Themes is on behalf of Zanjabiel Nasution Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Study Program; the Best Tourism Products is on behalf of Laura T Zahra International Trade Logistics Study Program; the Best Pronunciation & Intonation Tour Guide achieved by Bernadeth Y Simbolon of Animation Study Program. Success for Polibatam representatives, especially the Champions.
