Polibatam Still Maintaining ISO 9001:2015 Since 2006

NEWS-Polibatam has succeeded in maintaining the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system which continues to be achieved every year. With the existence of ISO 9001:2015, Polibatam has proven to be one of the Vocational Higher Education institutions that has a quality management system that always provides the best educational services. In addition, this achievement is also a tangible form of high integrity in providing the best service.

Polibatam carries out an external audit review of ISO 9001:2015 periodically at least once a year which is a prerequisite for the ISO 9001:2015 standard. This review is carried out using the proving method of the implementation of ISO procedures and evaluating the performance of the quality management system in Polibatam. If any discrepancies are found, it is hoped that improvements can be made immediately so that the quality management system at Polibatam can guarantee its quality on an ongoing basis.

This review activity was carried out from 8 to 10 August 2022 online with a direct auditor from PT URS Services Indonesia, namely Sirma Kristina Simarmata. The entire unit’s quality management system has been audited in stages. Alhamdulillaah, Polibatam was able to maintain ISO 9001:2015 with OFI and PNC findings for improvement of the existing quality management system and will be verified in future audits.
