Polibatam Martial Arts Athletes Win 6 Medals at the College Martial Arts Championships throughout Riau Islands in 2022

ACHIEVEMENT-Polibatam participated in the martial arts championship for universities throughout the Riau Islands in 2022. Apart from being a place to increase unity, togetherness, and friendship among students throughout the Riau Islands Province, the competition also aims to assist the Riau Islands Provincial Government in capturing and developing sports achievements, especially in the martial arts category. This activity was held at Raja Ali Haji University, Tanjungpinang on 2-3 September 2022.

12 universities throughout the Riau Island were participated, consisting of Polibatam, Raja Ali Haji University, STAIN Sar, STAI Miftahul Ulum, Poltekkes Kemenkes Tanjungpinang, Stisipol Raja Haji, Bintan Cakrawala Polytechnic, Stiker Hangtuah Tanjungpinang, STTI Tanjung Pinang, STAI Natuna, Universitas Terbuka, and Batam Tourism Polytechnic.

Alhamdulillaah, Polibatam sent 5 Athletes and 1 Assistant who were able to get 6 medals with 3 Gold, 1 Silver, and 2 Bronze winners with details on the Gold Medal, Dheo Fauzi Fadzlan from Applied Business Administration Study Program; Randa Julianto from Mechatronics Engineering Study Program; Dea Nurhasanah from Accounting Study Program. Winner of 1 Silver by Dheo Fauzi Fadzlan. Whilst the 2 Bronze medals with details of Muhammad Al from Mechatronics Engineering Study Program and M. Hafidz Alhadi Syahbani from Marine Construction Engineering Technology Study Program. As for the one who accompanied the athletes was Andre Agus S. Sitepu, a Polibatam Staff.
