Polibatam Investment Gallery Gets Award as the Best IDX Investment Gallery in Riau Islands Representative Office for the Third Time

POLIBATAM-Politeknik Negeri Batam Investment Gallery (GI Polibatam) received an award as the Best IDX Investment Gallery in Riau Islands Representative Office for the third time at the IDX Investment Gallery AWARD 2022 in Jakarta, Wednesday 15 February 2023.

The event took place in the Main Hall PT. BEI (Bursa Efek Indonesia/Indonesia Stock Exchange) Jakarta. Previously Politeknik Negeri Batam Investment Gallery won the best Investment Gallery in the Riau Islands Province in 2019 and 2020. In 2022 as the development of recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic, Polibatam Investment Gallery also participated in reviving the economy through capital market education activities. There are several Investment Galleries from other Institutions and Organizations in the Riau Islands Province, and Polibatam Investment Gallery was chosen as the best for the third time.

Especially with the recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic, demanding that universities participate in assisting the government in development, especially the economy in the capital market, and restoring public confidence not to hesitate to invest in public companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This is what makes Polibatam investment gallery strong and enthusiastic in its activities, especially in providing education in the capital market,” said Doni Putra Utama as Chair of the Polibatam Investment Gallery.

The award achieved by Politeknik Negeri Batam Investment Gallery was obtained due to the cooperation of the Politeknik Negeri Batam academic community, PT. Phillip Sekuritas Indonesia, IDX Riau Islands Representative Office, and Community of Riau Islands Province.
