Polibatam Industry Festival 2023

POLIBATAM-Politeknik Negeri Batam held the Polibatam Industry Festival (PIN Fest) 2023. The Pin-Fest 2023 activity was held on Thursday, 7 December 2023, at the Politeknik Negeri Batam Auditorium. Pin-Fest 2023 was to increase collaboration with industry and as a form of appreciation to industrial partners who have contributed to supporting education, especially at the Batam State Polytechnic.

It can be seen from the achievements of the MoU and MoA during 2023 with several dominating industrial cooperation schemes, including Student and Lecturer Internship Programs, PBL (Project-Based Learning), Job Recruitment, Curriculum Development, and Utilization of Super Tax Deduction. Pin-Fest 2023 was immediately opened by Deputy Director 3 for alumni, cooperation, and student affairs, Muhammad Zaenuddin. He also congratulated the award-winning partners and speaker at the Pin-Fest 2023 event.

With this activity, we hope that all industries will give us (Polibatam) input both in terms of the hard skills and soft skills of our students and in terms of other programs that can strengthen our existing partnerships. “In the future, I hope that more and more industries will become our partners and collaborate in improving progress, especially Batam City,” said Zaen. Approximately 72 industries were given appreciation for contributing to collaborating with Politeknik Negeri Batam, and as many as 10 industries have contributed more to various Batam State Polytechnic programs.

– PT. Bintan Alumina Indonesia, appreciation of partnerships in Collaborator activities for Establishing Study Programs.
– Infinite Learning, appreciation of partnerships in Project Based Learning (PBL) activities.
– PT. Medco Power Indonesia, appreciation of partnerships in Collaborator activities for Establishing Study Programs.
– Shipload Group, appreciation of partnerships in Scholarship activities.
– PT. Sumitomo Wiring Systems Batam, appreciation of partnerships in Student Internship activities.
– PT. Panasonic Industrial Devices Batam, appreciation of partnerships in recruitment activities.
– Bank Indonesia, appreciates partnerships in Scholarship activities.
– PT. Infineon Technologies Batam, appreciation of partnerships in Student Internship activities.
– PT. Mes Teknologi Indonesia, appreciation of partnerships in learning contributor activities.
– PT. Batam Aero Technic (BAT), appreciation of partnerships in Recruitment contributor activities.
