Polibatam Holds a Graduation Ceremony for 953 Graduates from 15 Study Programs

NEWS-Politeknik Negeri Batam Campus graduated 953 students at Swiss Bell Hotel Harbor Bay Batam on 17-18 October 2022. This year, the graduates are from 15 study programs at Polibatam. This year’s graduation ceremony was carried out face-to-face at the hotel considering the large number of participants and for the convenience of the graduates and their families.

On this occasion, the Director of Polibatam, Uuf Brajawidagda, Ph.D. gave a speech. First of all, he is grateful to have been given health. for the past two years, the graduation ceremonies were carried out online and drive thru. At this time, we should be grateful because the graduation can be carried out face to face.

“Of course, the provision from college is not enough, we continue to learn to improve our knowledge and then dedicate our knowledge to Batam city. Don’t be careless even though there are many job opportunities in Batam. We must be able to adapt to the challenges of the times. We can change to innovate and adapt. Enjoy at this point and we should be grateful,” Said Uuf.

Batam City Secretary Drs. Jefridin., M.Pd., representing the Mayor of Batam H. M. Rudi, S.E., M.M., said in his speech, “congratulations to the graduates for this graduation ceremony, I wish you success always. For graduates, use the knowledge you already have to be independent and be able to build your homeland and nation! The Batam city government is actively building infrastructure because Batam is a city of industry, trade, shipyard, and tourism. We must be able to take advantage of this development and we support the development in Batam City.”
