In his remarks, the Director of Polibatam (Dr. Uuf Brajawidagda) said, “In the discussion that we had last night, we focused on some things, giving a mindset to SMKs that have an understanding of the concept of tiada rotan, akar pun jadi/Every little helps. Our project is how the school has an understanding of thinking assets. First, the education quality assurance center provides training assistance for SMKs and is accompanied by mentoring. The second is Balai Guru Penggerak. Guru Penggerak, Education Units, and Supervisory Units play a role in identifying the model in each region and how it is distributed. The third is the Education Unit and Supervisory Unit Center, with 4 supervisory roles. This model was tried in your area in one of the study programs. Later we will compare the results and evaluate the input which model is appropriate in the model chapter. At the end of this ALT, we can provide recommendations. I suggest it is better to differentiate it by the type of SMK (small SMK, big SMK, or it could be if there is an SMK 3T).
“Polibatam is now making students no longer considered consumers, but instead as a resource. We also involve the industry to play an active role in contributing. In the past 2 years, the number of students has increased by 2,000 students. The results were successful in consolidating resources, which were previously consumer students turned into resources, “said Uuf.
Vocational high school assistance/technical guidance in transforming learning based on local excellence through an asset-based thinking approach and increasing PTK competencies in the future.
