Polibatam Campus Achieved Category A for Public Services from the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform

POLIBATAM-Politeknik Negeri Batam (Polibatam) Campus achieved Category A with an Excellent Service Index of 4.6 regarding the Results of Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Service Delivery Performance in 2023 from the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (Men-PANRB) on November 24, 2023.

The Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform always strives to maintain and improve the quality of public services provided by government agencies. One of the efforts is to undertake Performance Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Service Providers/Pemantauan dan Evaluasi Kinerja Penyelenggara Pelayanan Publik (PEKPPP) in 2023.

Deputy for Public Services at the Ministry of PANRB, Diah Natalisa, said that good quality public services are key to meeting community expectations and building positive public trust. “For this reason, the implementation of PEKPPP is not only aimed at producing Public Service Index numbers but it is hoped that there will be a periodic increase in the performance of public service providers,” said Diah when opening the 2023 PEKPPP Preparatory Meeting in Jakarta.
