Field Assessment of Accreditation of Polibatam Robotics Engineering Study Program

NEWS-Polibatam Robotics Engineering D4 Study Program has entered the field assessment stage of accreditation which was carried out online on 14-15 November 2022 by the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education/Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (BAN-PT). This field assessment is a further stage after the D4 Robotics Engineering Study Program was declared to have passed the adequacy assessment.

Polibatam Director, Dr. Uuf Brajawidagda in his speech hoped that the results of this field assessment of accreditation could change the status of the Robotics Engineering study program accreditation to ”Very Good”.

BAN-PT for this agenda sent two assessors from two different universities, namely R. Wahyu Trihartono, DUTech., SST., MT. DU.Tech., SST., MT., an assessor from Politeknik Negeri Bandung, and Dr. Lie Jasa, an assessor from Universitas Udayana. The technical implementation of this activity was carried out by confirming data by the Assessor to the D4 Robotics Engineering Study Program team.

This field assessment aims to obtain accreditation status for the Diploma 4 Robotics Engineering Study Program, which is expected to obtain ”Very Good” results. Accreditation is a comprehensive process of evaluating and assessing the commitment of tertiary institutions to the quality and capacity of implementing the Tri Dharma of higher education to determine the feasibility of education programs and units.
