Benchmarking BLU Management, Politeknik Negeri Lampung Visits Politeknik Negeri Batam

POLIBATAM-Politeknik Negeri Batam (Polibatam) Campus became the Benchmarking target of the Politeknik Negeri Lampung Senate on Wednesday, 11 November 2023. The group was received directly by the secretary of the Polibatam Senate, Sudra Irawan, in room 301 of the Polibatam Main Building.

On this occasion, the Polibatam financial team, Indah Tivani and Novita, as well as the OIA or international cooperation section, Irkham Putro Nugroho, also received a visit from the Politeknik Negeri Lampung Senate, Dwi Desmiyeni Putri together with the Senate team.

The purpose of this Benchmarking is to find out the mechanism of the Public Service Agency for autonomous decision-making in budgeting and finance.

“The hope is that with this visit, we can find out the critical points that must be addressed when we are BLU, how to cross-check balance, how to achieve the Tridharma and performance assessment from the senate side and also how to build a shared spirit to build a better Polytechnic,” said Dwi Desmayanti.

Apart from the benchmarking discussion session, there was also a direct visit session to see various Polibatam campus facilities.
